We have adapted new office procedures to protect you during your appointment.
- We are temporarily not accepting walk-in visits so we can coordinate guest check-in times.
- All appointments are spaced out so that only one family will be in our office at a time.
- Patients will be asked to wait in their car until their appointment time to eliminate sitting in a waiting room.
- The additional time between patients provides us ample time to thoroughly sanitize exam tables, chairs, and other shared surfaces between each appointment.
- Children who have a fever or are feeling sick will enter through a different entrance.
- We have removed toys, magazines, and books to limit shared items. Feel free to bring your child's favorite toy to keep them comforted and occupied during their visit.
- We are staying informed of new guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, American Academy of Pediatrics, and the San Antonio Metro Health Department.
It's important to remember you wash your hands frequently, avoid touching your face, and wear a face mask when social distancing of 6 ft is not possible.
Please reach out to us for any questions or concerns. We will get through this time together.
