Medicaid we accept:
- Superior Health Plan (CHIP, STAR), Traditional Medicaid, Community First (CHIP, STAR), Aetna Better Health.
Important: Patients must call Medicaid to change their PCP to Dr. Hala El Maraghy, MD, NPI 1841489465) before scheduling.
Not accepted: BCBS Medicaid, UnitedHealthcare Medicaid, Wellpoint, Driscoll, First Health Medicaid.
Private we accept:
-BCBS (PPO/HMO with PCP assignment), Tricare West, UnitedHealthcare (PPO/Surest), UMR, Aetna (PPO/HMO/EPO with PCP assignment), Cigna (PPO), Centene-Ambetter Superior Health Plan (EPO), CHAMPVA.
If we submit a claim to your insurance on your behalf, you are responsible for paying your co-pay at the time of the visit. If we are not contracted with your insurance plan, you do not have insurance coverage, or we do not bill your insurance company, payment in full will be due at the time services are provided.
